Notable Traits	Dream's appearance ranges widely, depending on the entity looking upon him, but for humans he appears as a tall, thin human man with extremely pale skin (comics provides "skin the color of falling snow") and messy black hair that refuses to be tamed. His eyes also typically appear as silver/blue when appearing as a human, but can also appear as two distant stars looking out from the shadows where his eyes should be. Dream can cast a human shadow ... when it occurs to him to do so. Dream also speaks very formally, archaically, with a deep voice that sounds like it could easily put you to sleep. People generally perceive Dream as wearing a style of dress appropriate to their region and era. However, in his realm the Dreaming, he is often seen wearing a dark t-shirt, dark jeans, and sometimes covered with a dark robe.
15 Second Summary	Dream is one of the seven Endless, a familial group of cosmic entities which are anthropomorphic representations of powerful natural forces as old as time itself; his older siblings are Destiny and Death (whom is he closest to), and his younger siblings are Destruction, Desire, Despair, and Delirium. As his names indicates, he is the sole ruler of the Dream Realm, responsible for the forging and shaping of the dreams and nightmares that are experienced by all mortal beings. Dream is constantly aware of his responsibilities as an Endless, both to other people and to his realm, and is detailed and exacting in their fulfillment and execution. Throughout the series, Dream consistently strives for understanding of himself and of the other Endless, but he is ultimately undone by his most tragic flaw: his innate inability to accept change.
Abilities & Permissions
Abilities	As the personification of dreams and sleep, Dream has authority and control over dreams and everything linked to them: Oneiromancy: can make people sleep or wake up, give people pleasant dreams or nightmares, can send messages and visions through them, and can track and locate people through their dreams Creation: can create living beings and things that exist in his realm/in dreams Illusion Generation: can create projections of Illusions so real that he and others can physically and verbally interact with them (has said that dreams and reality are much closer to each other than many realize) Magic: can use magic, spells, and enchantments Teleport: can go anywhere on Earth or realm easily (can also simply ~appear~ across the room for cheap tricks), can open inter-dimensional portals to travel between worlds via his magic sand Shapeshifting: can shapeshift at will, altering his own appearance and clothing Perception: can shifts a person's perception of him, allowing him to be perceived or to go unnoticed Immortality: has existed since the beginning of creation, he cannot get sick, age, or die from weapons (if an Endless is killed or destroyed, their personality and powers will be passed on to someone else, taking their place and incarnation in the universe) Superhuman Strength & Endurance: has higher and tougher strength than an ordinary human, does not need food to live, can heal his own wounds and injuries quickly Persuasions: can persuade the minds of others people to obey his compelling suggestions, especially in dreams
